Kestle started in 2019 with a second-hand cutting lathe and a spare room in Leeds. We still cut every record ourselves, and we still only release music we would play at home.

Balanced for vinyl, not streaming
We master every record for the lathe, with room at the top and bass that stays in the groove.
Cut
Lacquers cut in Leeds
Our lathe cuts both sides in an afternoon. Test pressings go back to the artist before anything is signed off.

Small runs in Brno
A family plant presses 300 to 750 copies on heavy vinyl. Sleeves are printed on uncoated board.
Pack
Posted within five days
Every order is packed by hand in a rigid mailer and sent from Leeds with tracking.
